Even though they are brewed outside the walls by Duvel, three beers are made following the original recipe of Father Atout: they stand out thanks to their floral, fruity aroma. Their fermentation, which takes three months, ensures greater maturity. This beer can, of course, be enjoyed with Maredsous cheese. These products are inextricably linked with the abbey, its past and the values it upholds.
